• Adinath Mukherjee (1921-1959), Portrait of Baj, oil on canvas, monogrammed and dated "Calcutta, 1943" on the reverse, 41x31 cm. Pencil inscription "Baj, 37 ans, gris vert, le 10 juin" to the stretcher. Mukherjee went to government art school in Calcutta and then had further training in Italy. He showed in Rome while in Italy. He is known to have been collected by the National Gallery of Modern Art in New Delhi
