Overall wear to the surface
Both necks are restored. Visible traces of glue, chips and lacks where the necks join the body of the vase 
One area near the morning glories has been broken off then restored: presence of a filler (wax) to fill this broken area
Presence of some chips, knocks, nicks and pitting 
Some surface scratches
