Folio album, oblong, half-binding in ivory (made in the 19th or 20th century). They are three titles binded in the same book. 
The first part of this album is composed by 21 large copper-printed engravings by Helman between 1783 and 1788 (on the 24 that  were originally included, 3 are missing) . They're depicting the battlefield victories of Emperor Qianlong, and some palace's ceremonies involving the same emperor (legends of the images in french). Average overall conditions of the engravings, with many spots, tears and humidity stains. The first engraving was being torn and restored. The first page of this album containing all the legends of the engravings is torn (more than half page missing). 
The second part is composed by a quarto edition of the "Faits mémorables des empereurs de la Chine", binded on double-pages leaves. Is composed by a title page and by 24 intaglios depicting some episodes of chinese history with the legends in front of them. Good overall conditions of the engravings, with some spots and slight humidity stains, many of them in the margins, and 3 entirely brown leaves.
The third part is composed by the "Abrégé historique des principaux traits de la vie de Confucius", binded in the same fashion that the former one (2 leaves of 2 pages). Is composed by a title page and 24 intaglios depicting Confucius, some natural landscapes, palace's scenes and chinese temples, with the legends in front of them. The last leaf has its legend of the verso of the engraved page. Mostly good overall conditions of the engravings, with some spots and humidity stains mostly in the margins. 1 entirely brown leaf, and the last leaf was being torn and restored, without making damages to the engraving.
