Good overall condition. 
Some occasional and light grazes to the mouth of the vase
An area to the surface on the side opposite the 'Daum Nancy' mark has a different texture, coloration where the glass may have been thinned down.
Presence of some flecks and bubbles and occasional surface scratches to the frosted surface as illustrated.
