The face has been made with another piece of wood
Presence of some chips (for example to the right foot, right arm, the hair and the back of the robe) 
Wear to the polychromy
It would appear that the sculpture was at some point entirely repainted, on top of a gesso ground but this paint has since been removed by resanding. Therefore, bright primary colours are visible in the creases
Traces of the original colours can still be detected around the robe and shoulders 
An area of wood in the right foot seems decomposed but has been filled with plaster
